Nostalgi.
Do you recall when we where young?
And the games we used to play.
All those warm late summernights when we helped to reap the hay.
And then when we were done, we all went to the lake.
And those ice cold winter days.
When the northwind blew.
And all that we could think of was to get out to that snow.
That we were making memories was a thing we didn't know.
We were careless and free
We were all that we could be
So when I have these blue low days, I just drive out to this place
Forget the troubles in my life, and feel good for a while.
And out here nothing has change, everything remains the same.
This is home and we all know..
Where the tall grass grows.
Sure I must have spoken off this million times before.
But for every year that passes by, we learn to love them more
The memories from that time, when we all stod on that shore.
